Will Stuart has invested in real estate, secured notes and other receivables for over 22 years. He has managed or participated in the ownership of over 200 such investments in seven states in the Western United States. These assets have included apartment buildings, industrial buildings, office buildings, retail centers, raw land, land subdivisions, secured and unsecured notes, contaminated property, judgments, and structured settlements. As a lender, he has funded or participated in over $25 million in commercial and residential loans.

He currently has invested over $4 million in secured notes (trust deeds). In Milestone, he personally has invested $130,000.

Over the years, Stuart has been appointed by several U.S. bankruptcy courts to liquidate various assets and has acted as an expert witness on various disputes and litigations. Stuart is experienced in all forms of commercial and residential real estate and loan brokerage, including negotiating and drafting of leases, sale agreements, option agreements, ground leases, joint ventures, loan processing (both purchase loans and refinances), and brokerage of trust deeds and notes. As an agent with Marcus & Millichap in Palo Alto, he is a Vice President, has received the National Achievement Award five times and the Award of Distinction ten times.
